Personal Appointment

To achieve the perfect fit, we do recommend a personal visit in our showroom or meet up with our representatives at one of our trade shows. This gives us the opportunity to take all measurements ourselves and discuss your requirements in person. We will require a 50% deposit of the quoted price upon this first visit. We strongly recommend a second visit to fit the garment, especially for formal structured garments like tail suits. The garments can then ideally picked up at a third visit or we can post the garments to you. Please allow a minimum of 3-4 weeks for all couture orders.

Mail Order Service

If the distance or time does not allow for a personal visit, try our sophisticated mail order service. We can guide you through the process of taking your own measurements correctly, completing our measurements chart and discussing your personal preferences. Then, based on these measurements, we will create the bespoke garment for you to either send to you for a fitting for you to advise us on the fit via photos, videos, zoom and ideally pinning the garment. Alternatively, we can send the completed garment. Please allow a minimum of 3-4 weeks for all couture orders.
