Unmissable dance this week on DSI TV!

It’s almost here – 10 days of unmissable Ballroom and Latin from 5th-14th October! And the best thing is you don’t even have to leave your home – you can watch it ALL on DSI TV!

The first event in our line-up is the Young Dancer of the Year Awards, hosted by Michael Stylianos and Lorna Lee on Friday 5th October, which will be recorded but not live streamed.

Next up is the first LIVE event on Sunday 7th October with the glamorous Killick Royale live streamed from the iconic Grosvenor House Hotel, which caters for everyone from beginners to world champions. With a wide range of Pro-Am and Mixed Amateur competitions, highlights this year include the Invitational Amateur Superstars Team Match and the Open-to-the-World Pro-Am Scholarship Event.

Then, it’s the one-and-only International Championships, running from 9th to 11th October, with all the action on Tuesday and Wednesday live streamed from Brentwood Centre.

On 11th October, DSI TV will be offering its full-service, multi-camera live stream from the Royal Albert Hall from 5.30pm to 12.30am. Enjoy the expert commentary of Martin Cutler and Richard Miller, the unforgettable music of Ross Mitchell, His Band and Singers and the Dance and Listen Orchestra – and, of course, the sight of the world’s top Amateur and Professional Ballroom and Latin dancers in action in the grand finals.

Next, the London Ball will be back on 12th-13th October. Presented by Andrew Sinkinson and Irina Galperina in the glamorous InterContinental Hotel Park Lane, the two-day event includes a gala dinner-dance on the Friday with a lavish four-course meal, dancing and entertainment. On Saturday, enjoy the four open championships, where the great and the good of Ballroom and Latin will go to head to head, as well as Pro-Am events – all accompanied by the fabulous music of Ashley Frohlick and the Empress Orchestra. Please note, only the Saturday will be live streamed.

Last, but by no means least, the world's first EVER Battle of the Ballroom will debut in Trinity Park Ipswich on 14th October. DSI is very proud to be sponsoring and filming this exciting new concept as opponents and dances are chosen by random selection, before couples take to the floor and go head to head in a battle-style dance-off.
