Strictly 2018!

“And so it begins… #Strictly2018,” said the official Strictly Come Dancing Instagram account alongside a photograph of the professional dancers in rehearsal.

The 16th series of Strictly Come Dancing is expected to return in September 2018 (the BBC are yet to confirm the date) and the excitement has already begun!

It has been announced that the red-carpet launch, introducing the celebrities, will take place on 27th August, with the launch show pre-recorded on 31st August.

Three new professional dancers – Graziano Di Prima, Luba Mushtuk and Johannes Radebe – have already been confirmed and the annual guessing game as to the identity of the new celebrities is officially under way.  

Meanwhile at DSI London HQ, it wouldn’t be giving too much away to say some serious planning is in progress. We are very proud and excited to be involved in bringing costume designer Vicky Gill’s stunning creations for the show to life again this year.
