Important Changes to your DSI TV Account

DSI is making some crucial changes and upgrades to its websites over Christmas to provide the best service to our loyal customers in the new year. These changes will affect customers who have subscribed to DSI TV through PayPal (all customers prior to 27 May 2017) as we are implementing a new secure payment platform to manage our subscriptions effectively.

Access to DSI TV for all customers who subscribed through PayPal will end on 7 January 2018. After this date you will need to resubscribe to our service to gain access to our content. From the receipt of this email on 7 December 2017, all onward payments to DSI TV from PayPal customers will be stopped and customers have one month to resubscribe.

To compensate for any inconvenience caused, we are removing the initial fee from our monthly recurring package for all customers for one month (from 7 December 2017 to  7 January 2018). This means you can resubscribe as a monthly recurring customer for the low price of £9.99 (£11.99 including VAT). Please note, this promotion will expire on 7 January 2018. After this point you will be required to pay the initial fee of £20.83 (£25.00 including VAT) when subscribing to our monthly recurring package. It is crucial to resubscribe by 6 January 2018 to take advantage of this offer.

We care about our customers and listen to every piece of feedback we receive. Once this switch-over is complete, DSI TV customers will experience a vastly improved and stable website, without the payment issues some have experienced, as well as better access and control over their profile.
